About Eva
Hello there! My name is Eva, and I am passionate about teaching Economics, as well as reading about the world of aviation and language learning. In January 2024, I achieved an A* in Economics during early entry examinations, which totaled up to 390/400 UMS. Previously, I also achieved a 9/A* in GCSE Economics. Additionally, my A level Economics score was the highest in the Middle East in 2024.
Additionally, over the course of two years I have participated in multiple international Economics competition such as International Economics Olympiad (IEO) 2024 and World Economics Competition (WEC) 2023. In the former, I have won a Bronze Medal for individual performance and a Gold Medal for the team Business Case presentation, placing as 1st in the world out of 50+ teams globally.

I have experience of one year teaching international GCSE and A level Economics, as well as one year in teaching GCSE Mathematics, which has significantly built my ability to teach in a logical and coherent, yet fun and engaging, manner. Most of my lessons are between 40 mins to 1 hour. I can help with any homework or misconceptions, and as a student myself, I tend to explain in a way that is easy to understand!
