I am scientist. I have been practicing Yoga from past 20 years.
The practice of meditation and relaxation techniques of Patanjali Yoga Sutra have helped me to lead a peaceful and focussed life.
I want to share this science of Indian ancient Yoga with people who are looking for peaceful and relaxed state of mind even in the midst of daily activities

Meditation classes for beginners. The sessions can be arranged one-on-one if required.
The medium of instructions will be English or Hindi
The sessions will be based on the 'Pranayamas' of ashtang yoga.
Special techniques of mini relaxation sessions focussing on relaxing the mind and body in between work.
