About Neal
I’m Neal, an English fitness coach originally from London and now based in Miami. My own fitness journey has taught me the value of consistent training, patience, and building habits that last.
Fitness is a big part of my life, and I enjoy helping others feel stronger and more confident. I bring a friendly, straightforward approach: clear explanations, honest encouragement, and support without judgment.
Whether you’re new to the gym or returning after time away, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and proud of the progress you make.

Originally from London and now based in Miami, I offer personalized fitness coaching online and in person to help you build muscle, lose fat, and feel more confident in the gym.
