I focus on English, reading, and test preparation, especially for students who feel smart but “bad at tests.”
In our first lesson I look at a few sample questions, your recent scores, and how you think through problems.
From there I build a simple, personalized plan that turns vague goals (“raise my SAT/ACT/placement score”) into specific, trainable skills.
A typical session mixes short teaching segments, guided practice, and live feedback on how you’re reasoning, not just whether you got it right. Between lessons, I provide targeted practice so you always know what to work on next.
My students like that I explain ideas in plain language, stay patient when they’re stuck, and treat them as partners in the process.
Lessons are ideal for middle school, high school, and college-entry students who want clear progress and less test anxiety.
