About Dahlia
I am an experienced Microsoft Excel tutor with 4 years of teaching experience, working with school to college students. I have successfully taught around 200 students, helping them improve their skills and confidence in Excel. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning simple, practical, and interactive. I use step-by-step explanations, real-life examples, and hands-on exercises to ensure students understand and apply what they learn. I emphasise building strong foundational skills while encouraging problem-solving and independent thinking. My lessons cover formulae, functions, charts, pivot tables, data analysis, and more, tailored to each student’s needs. Seeing my students succeed in exams, projects, or job tasks is my greatest achievement. My goal is to help every student master Excel and feel confident using it in their studies and career.

In addition, I introduce related productivity tools and integrations such as PowerPoint linking, Word automation, and basic database management to help students understand how Excel fits within the broader Microsoft Office ecosystem.
My lessons are highly practical and hands-on. I use step-by-step demonstrations combined with real-world exercises to ensure that students not only understand the concepts but can also apply them effectively. Each session includes guided practice, allowing students to work through problems while receiving immediate support and clarification.
