I love incorporating hands on activities in my tutoring sessions if possible. I also enjoy getting to know my students because it gives me a deeper understanding of their needs, and how I can go about helping them. In my free time I enjoy crocheting, crafting, watching tv, and hanging out with my dogs!

I am passionate about teaching and believe that each and every student deserves the opportunity to learn and succeed. I have passed my math and science praxis tests, meaning I am certified and well versed in most math and science subjects. My preferred teaching approach is very hands on and student lead. I also try to differentiate instruction depending on the student and I am always open to trying new things!
