About Leah
Hello there! My name is Leah, I am 22 years old and I have been playing the drums for 9 years. Since I first started playing drums I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience through different drum teachers, taking drum grade exams up to grade 6, studying music at college, and getting a degree in professional music performance (drums). My favourite genres to play on the drums are rock, pop and funk.

Fun and very interactive hands on teaching! I am passionate about teaching and guiding drummers of different levels through their journey as a musician. I teach different material from many books, websites and videos. Students will be learning how to read along with music as well as just playing it. If students want to take grade exams, I have the right knowledge and experience to help them along the way.

Perfect! I had such a great experience learning drums with Leah! She’s incredibly patient, encouraging, and really knows how to break things down in a way that makes sense—even if you're a complete beginner like I was. In the short time I worked with her, I learnt so much and built confidence I didn’t think I could. She made every session fun and motivating, and I always looked forward to our lessons. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn drums in a supportive, positive environment!
