About Louise
My name is Louise Levy I have worked as a Clinical and Cognitive Hypnotherapist for the past 19 years, I am also an NLP Master, Coach, Guidance Counsellor and Meditation Teacher.
During lockdown I trained to teach dance and group exercise classes (EMD Level 2 Qualified) This includes fully understanding the anatomy, social aspects and choreography of movement with modifications.
I have now qualified as a CIMSPA Accredited Tai Chi & Qigong for Wellbeing Instructor. This wonderful form of exercise enables a gentle form of well-being to return promoting, self-regulation of mind, breath and body as well as supporting with stress release, grounding, balancing, inner harmony and flexibility.

I take a very holistic approach to your well-being, firstly we will discover your intention for the session, is it to calm your nervous system, free yourself from worries, invite in restored energy and confidence or something else? Once we have established your intention I will take you through a form set of Tai Chi & Qigong for Well-being mindful movement and meditation. We will end with some hypnotic suggestions to aid your well-being finishing with a cultivation of chi, balance and harmony.
