About Lillian
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, but it impacted my education throughout my life. I had a hard time focusing and I never learned how to study. I still made it through MIT, but it was much harder than it needed to be without knowing why my brain worked like it did!

How many times have you heard "you just need to focus"? ADHD can make life difficult, but it can also be a superpower. I can help you learn and practice techniques to work with (instead of against) the way your brain works, so that you can study, stay organized, do homework, manage projects, and build better relationships with teachers and peers.
