About Lauren
I am a young professional who graduated from university in 2020. I have always loved history and am passionate about expanding my own knowledge and interest in the subject as well. I had to write a lot of essays for my HSC and university so have critical thinking skills that help to make essay writing as clear and direct as possible. My masters in museum studies and cultural heritage saw me extend my knowledge into the world of cultural heritage (physical and intangible) and it's a hobby I'm very passionate about.

I studied Modern History and History extension for my HSC.
Studied history at university and completed my masters in museum and cultural heritage.
I love using mind maps, summaries and discussion and would be available for 30 min sessions. Ideally for HSC or high school students or first year uni students.
We keep it light hearted and comfortable because history can be hard and dense so it helps to study it in a way that helps you retain information and enjoy the subject.
I have casually tutored before.
Please note that I am not comfortable taking on the responsibility and pressure of attaining a specific outcome for a student - ie. top marks or ranking.
