About Hannah
I have been a tutor since 2014 and have experience working with all ages and abilities, having worked in a Spanish secondary school, a French university, and a European multinational.
I hold a Class I degree in Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham, Master's degree in International Business, and a CELTA.
I have an enhanced DBS check.
Since graduating in 2018 I have taught overseas, and I now teach online from the UK
My experience:
1 year teaching English at Lyon 2 University in Lyon, France
1 year teaching English in a secondary school in Murcia, Spain
Since 2014 I have been tutoring French, Spanish and EFL from beginner to advanced level, across all age groups. This includes various bespoke intensive summer courses taught from home (advanced EFL course for a PhD student, intermediate EFL course for 2 Spanish professionals, advanced business English course for a Brazilian professional, business French and Spanish for UK professionals).

I am a relaxed and approachable tutor who aims to help learners develop the four key skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) by offering tailored lessons to suit individual requirements.
The first lesson normally involves getting to know you and understanding your learning style and motivations.
If you already have some subject knowledge, we will use games and activities to get an idea of your level and identify areas for improvement.
If you are a complete beginner, we will identify the pace of learning you prefer, and which particular skills you would like to develop.
