As a Reiki Grand Master, Certified Teacher, and Hypnotherapist with over 10 years of experience, I offer a holistic and personalized approach to energy healing. My teaching integrates traditional Usui Reiki techniques with elements of spiritual coaching, mindset work, and subconscious healing to support deep inner transformation.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
My lessons are grounded in experiential learning, spiritual development, and practical energy work. I guide students through Reiki levels (Level 1 to Master Teacher), teaching them not only how to give Reiki to themselves and others, but how to understand energy dynamics, chakra healing, intention-setting, and how to integrate Reiki into daily life or a healing practice. I often incorporate mindfulness, guided meditations, and optional hypnotherapy-based practices for deeper energetic alignment.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and goals, but typically includes:
Grounding and energetic check-in
Theoretical teaching (Reiki principles, symbols, techniques)
Guided practice (self-Reiki, distance healing, hand positions, energy scanning, etc.)
Intuitive development exercises and Q&A
Optional integration with affirmations, visualization, or subconscious reprogramming tools
Assignments or practices may be suggested between lessons to help deepen the learning and confidence in using Reiki.

I combine my training as a Reiki Grand Master, Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner to help students not only learn Reiki—but embody it.
