About Nacho
I am 19 years old and I have been exercising since I was 15. At 14 I weighed 75 kg and measured 1.67. It made me feel bad about myself and it was not the life I wanted to take. Calisthenics and music changed my life. I have been able to inspire several people to make the change, I want to encourage you to do it too

My teaching methods regarding exercise are quite contrary to what any gym coach would tell you. I believe in relative strength (in relation to body weight) and in bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) I believe in meditation and how it helps us achieve our goals In nutrition, I get out of alignment with all the gurus who will advise you on light products or "diet" The best diet is that of real food, and know how to include innate practices to the human being as the fast that are so forgotten today with the appearance of large supermarkets that encourage us to consume
