About Amer

Previously, I've trained over 300 clients, as the result they're not only losing weight but also gaining much more energy and getting a good body shape. I will try my best to make sure that my clients will get more than what they want and expect. I will also make sure that my clients will always have excellent health. In addition, I'm a very calm person and can be a good friend to my clients. I really love people who like to exercise and are punctual. If the client wants to ask about fitness, I will answer as best as possible.

About the lesson

I'm a specialist Personal Trainer, my class training will be learning about muscle gain, fat loss, weightlifting, weight training, body shape, good body posture and more. I will teach my students as what they wanted. I will also make sure that my explanations about what I teach are clear and easy for my students to understand.

The travel cost will be charge at 5km and above.
