I am an experienced PE teacher who loves my job. I want to push this further and reach out to people to guide them through their fitness.
This might be to get better at a sport. I do this everyday. In a range of sports. I love sport myself and with my qualifications I have the expertise to guide you.
If your goal is to lose weight or build muscle I can also help with that.
