About Jessica
Hi and welcome!
My name is Jessica and I'm a yoga teacher, personal trainer and English tutor :)
My goal in any of my sessions and classes is for you to feel good and confident about yourself.
My style is energetic, creative and motivational and my clients not only continue to come back to my safe spaces but more importantly trust me with guiding them.

If you're feeling demotivated at home and hate the idea of going to the gym, you've come to the right place!
My 45 minute sessions combine the best of both worlds - Movement and Rest. Body and Mind.
The focus is to touch on components of fitness - with strength, coordination, mobility and endurance - and then to rest with a yoga flow and meditation - with flexibility, balance and mental wellbeing.
Health is not simply how one looks, it's the ability to move, to regulate the nervous system and to even breathe deeper so that our bodies can access a deeper state of presence.
Movement and Meditation may boost the blood flow in your body, enhance your immunity and metabolism, and ultimately help you feel GOOD and VIBRANT in your body!
