About Tadzmahal
I'm Tadz, a learning and development coach, academic and career coach, and certified master trainer based in Dubai, named Best Trainer three times.
For 10 years, my work has been helping people learn and find their voice. I started on the front line and grew into leading learning for international teams across 20+ airports on three continents. I have trained hundreds of people, certified frontline colleagues as trainers, and I am a speaker at HRSE Dubai 2026, the region's HR Summit and Expo.
A decade in learning and development taught me how people learn and what makes it stick. I bring that to every lesson: I listen first, find what is holding you back, and build the plan around you.

Changing schools or curriculum is a big step: new terms, new methods and new expectations, often in a second language.
I coach middle and high school students through that move, with a focus on math and science. Every lesson is prepared in advance and built around your new school's program, so you learn the right topics in the right order.
What we cover:
• Math: number, algebra, ratios, geometry and problem solving, with every step explained.
• Science: biology, chemistry and physics, linked to real life so it makes sense and sticks.
• The language of each subject: key terms in English, so lessons at your new school feel familiar.
• Study habits: planning, note taking and revising before tests.
How it works:
1. A first session to see where you are and what your new school expects.
2. A plan built around your curriculum and your timeline.
3. Lessons of 60 to 90 minutes, each with a presentation, worked examples, a handout and practice.
4. A recap at the start of every lesson, so nothing is forgotten.
For middle and high school students. All lessons are online by video call.
We celebrate mistakes here, because that is how we learn.

All lessons are online and taught in English. Bookings are final: lessons and packs cannot be canceled or refunded, so please choose your time carefully. The free 30-minute first meeting is a short introduction so we can get to know each other. Your level check and personal learning plan are done in your first full lesson.
