About Anita
Hi, I’m Anita, an MSc Counseling Psychology graduate with a genuine curiosity about people, behavior and the reasons behind the way we think, feel and act.
I’ve always enjoyed understanding psychology beyond just textbooks, and throughout my training, I’ve had the opportunity to apply what I’ve learned through supervised counseling practice, workshops and working with adolescents and adults.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe psychology becomes much more interesting when you can actually connect theories and concepts to everyday life. Whether you’re struggling with a difficult concept, preparing for an exam, learning counseling skills or simply curious about psychology, I’d love to make the subject easier to understand, practical and engaging.
My goal is not just to help you remember psychology, but to help you genuinely understand it.

I also adapt my teaching style to the student's learning pace and academic level. My classes are suitable for psychology students, beginners and learners who want to develop a stronger understanding of psychology, counselling skills and mental health. My background in Counselling Psychology and supervised practical experience allows me to connect academic concepts with real-world applications while maintaining a supportive and non-judgmental learning environment.
