About Sneha

I am Sneha from Prayagraj. I have completed my 1st year of MSc in Nutrition and my dietitian course is ongoing. I am passionate about health and nutrition and I love to help people to eat healthy. I am learning daily and I want to share my knowledge with others in a simple and friendly way. My aim is to make healthy eating easy tasty and sustainable for everyone with home based food.

About the lesson

I provide simple and healthy diet guidance for weight loss, weight gain, PCOD, PCOS, thyroid, high BP and sugar, pregnancy based on my MSc Nutrition studies. My plans are made with easy home based Indian food which is budget friendly and easy to follow. I focus on balanced nutrition, portion control and long term healthy habits. I also give weekly follow up and food alternatives for better health and energy.
