About Marco
I am a dedicated and results-oriented tutor with an MSc in Statistics and Data Science and over four years of teaching experience. My background includes working as a Statistics Tutor at my university, where I supported students in mastering challenging concepts and improving their academic performance. I take pride in my ability to adapt to each student’s learning style, ensuring that lessons are clear, engaging, and tailored to their needs. I believe that effective learning comes from clarity, structure, and engagement. In my lessons, I break down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations, using practical examples to connect theory with real-world applications. I adapt my methodology to each student’s needs, focusing on both understanding and problem-solving skills. A typical lesson lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s goals and schedule. I provide materials, exercises, and follow-up tasks to reinforce learning between sessions. For data analysis, I also offer hands-on guidance using R, Python, and Excel. I hold an MSc in Statistics and Data Science and have over 4 years of experience giving private lessons, as well as serving as a Statistics Tutor at my university. I have taught students from high school to postgraduate level, including those preparing for exams, writing theses, or developing professional skills.
