With an MSN in Nursing Education and over seven years of experience teaching nursing students across the continuum—from fundamental nursing skills to NCLEX preparation—I demonstrate both depth and consistency in my teaching practice. In my role as Director of Nursing Education at an LPN program, I am responsible for curriculum development, student performance oversight, and maintaining alignment with regulatory and licensure standards.
