About Jagoda
I have been working with other students as a mentor for the past 2 years as I was a part of the programme LUMS Leading Lights in Lancaster University, where I did my undergraduate degree in Business Management. Nevertheless, languages are my passion and throughout my time in Lancaster I also audited modules from English Language and Linguistics department. I can speak three languages and so throughout my learning time I understood the importance languages on a daily basis. In my life I travelled a lot and interacted with different cultures, completed Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) course, and learnt how to communicate my ideas and thoughts in an efficient and clear way despite interlocutor's age or ethnicity. It would be my honour to give back to the world all I have learnt in my life.

I value creativity and aim to inspire students thus my teaching methods are efficient yet unconventional. I always make sure my students are engaged in a class and understand the presented material. I strongly believe that it is not only about them being present in a class physically but also making sure that they are listening. To make students wait with anticipation for another lesson I think it is a good idea to give some thought provoking questions at the very end or a puzzle. I believe that that being able to learn is a fascinating process and I would love to guide others through it.
