About Day

I am self-taught and as an adult, was able to put myself through training. I was the captain of my high school’s dance team from sophomore to senior year — and pride myself on being an inspiration for dancers who are often overlooked and underbooked. I was once overweight and chose dance and the gym as a way to claim my path in dance. No longer was I going to be overlooked due to me being overweight. I wanted to even the score and gain my self-love and confidence back. More importantly, I wanted to dance like I did in high school. I can safely say I can do more than that now.

About the lesson

We work on your overall goals, stamina, confidence, technique, performance skills and so much more in order to get you feeling like the star you’re meant to be on camera. My goal is to get you comfortable to train and dance any and everywhere.
