About Xingmei
I welcome students at all levels of Chinese proficiency. However, if you are looking for me to teach a particularly specialized subject such as philosophy, mathematics, biology, medicine, psychology, etc. in Chinese, then I might not be the best fit.
I am skilled at teaching children, middle school students, and adults. And currently, my students are mostly children and adults.
As a minority from China and a multilingual person, I have a broader perspective to appreciate Chinese culture. I believe I can share more about different aspects of Chinese culture, so if you are an adult interested in Chinese language and culture, I would be delighted. Because I think there is more we can discuss beyond just language, making the class more enjoyable.
