About William
Sometimes I still get stage fright before a big set. I enjoy working with everyone from total beginners to working professionals who just want a fresh pair of ears. Having taught 286 students, I appreciate the unique needs of teens and adults who want to improve their phrasing.
My Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Industry from Belmont University provides the foundation for my coaching. I split my time between teaching and performing across San Francisco. It is a joy to share this craft with you.

Technique is often slower to learn than you might expect. I treat your voice like an athlete treats a muscle to ensure long-term vocal health. We focus on breathing control, head and chest voice, and microphone technique in every single meeting.
You will also learn about genre styling and rhythm to refine your personal sound. One critical component involves reviewing your performance recordings together each month. This feedback loop is the fastest way to build your performance confidence.
Listen closely. We check your belting technique and vibrato control to keep your performance safe. Exam preparation and repertoire building are also part of our regular curriculum. Watching a singer find their true resonance is what makes this work fun.
