About Yannik

I studied music production at the School of Popular Arts (SOPA) / University of Popular Arts (hdpk) in Berlin and successfully completed it. My main subject during my studies was piano, but I also play guitar, drums and sing. I also play in 2 bands. In addition to playing the instruments, I compose, arrange and produce a lot of music in all genres - I also always play in clubs and write lead sheets (sheet music) for "The Voice of Germany" (all with the following software: Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Sibelius, Traktor Scratch Pro). Before I started my studies at hdpk, I took piano lessons myself for 6 years as a child. In addition, before and during my entire degree, and still today, I continued to have weekly piano lessons with two piano teachers. Between my Abitur and my studies, I completed my training as a state-approved educator and worked for a total of 5 years in kindergartens, youth centers and schools - that's why I am not unfamiliar with people (children, adolescents and adults). In total, I already have 8 years of teaching experience and have been working for about 3 years now as a piano, guitar and music production teacher at the School of Voice in Berlin Zehlendorf and at the Jacob & Johannsen music school, especially with children between the ages of 6 and 14 years - but of course also with adults.

About the lesson

I offer piano lessons / music theory / harmony / music production for 30 € / 45 minutes - also ONLINE with a professional camera setup (that's why I also teach students in cities other than Berlin). [ N] The first trial lesson with me is free.

I am also happy to give tuition for exams, exam preparation, etc. in these areas for the same price.

In addition to playing the instruments, I compose, arrange and produce a lot of music in all genres - I also keep playing in clubs and writing lead sheets (sheet music) for "The Voice of Germany" (all that with the following software: Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Sibelius, Traktor Scratch Pro).

Before I started studying at hdpk, I took piano lessons myself for 6 years as a child. In addition, I had piano lessons with two piano teachers every week before and during my entire course and still today.

I charge 30 euros per lesson (45 minutes). During this time I like to pass on my skills in practical use of the instrument as well as my knowledge of music theory and harmony.

My lessons are aimed at beginners and advanced learners of all age groups.
