About Kevin

I was raised by a family of musicians and started playing piano at 4 years old, participated in several piano competitions and won a few of them. Eventually I specialized in theory and composition, and also learned music production and mixing. I've recently relocated myself back to LA and look forward to meet people that are passionate about music as I am.

About the lesson

I’m a classically trained pianist with experience teaching both classical repertoire and pop music, helping students build solid technique and understand the theory behind every composition while playing the songs they love. My approach is flexible and tailored to each student's needs and wishes. I have a portable digital piano that I can take to your place in case you're still not sure about buying your own piano.

Beyond teaching piano, I also tune pianos, write sheet music and produce songs, from composing and recording to mixing and mastering.
