About Melissa
Having earned my diploma at the Musicians Institute Hollywood, I look at singing through a technical lens. Most of my students are adults or teens. I have taught 196 people to master belting technique and pitch control. It is all about styling.
Whether we are working on exam preparation, rhythm, or phrasing, I keep things simple. We use specific warm-up exercises to protect the voice while tackling complex genre styling like pop or musical theater. I enjoy the crossover from worship teams to secular stages. It is a fun challenge.

Can you hear the difference in your tone after just one session? A diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student sets the stage for our work on diction and articulation. My diploma from the Musicians Institute Hollywood provides the backbone for these sessions.
We focus on sight singing and overall control. It is just me and you working toward your goals. Come by for a session whenever you are ready.
