I am a Civil Engineer by profession and a passionate Mindfulness & Meditation Coach, Counselor, and Mental Wellness Trainer. My mission is to help people develop self-awareness, emotional balance, and inner resilience through mindfulness, meditation, and practical psychological insights. I conduct interactive sessions for students, professionals, schools, and organizations, focusing on stress management, emotional well-being, focus, confidence, and personal growth. I believe that lasting transformation begins from within, and my goal is to empower individuals with simple, science-backed practices that create meaningful and sustainable change.
