I watch how you enter the water and hold your breath before adjusting anything. A typical 45-minute session includes deck stretches, floating drills, single-arm pulls, bilateral breathing practice, short distance repeats, and a cool-down chat about what felt easy. My special strength is breaking down intimidating skills into tiny, manageable steps. My instruction suits pool newcomers who panic in deep water, high school team members refining their races, masters swimmers recovering injury, and parents wanting to supervise their own kids safely.
