About Marianne
Bonjour, my name is Marianne. I have been teaching my native language, French, for the past 30 years. I first taught in a French School in Woodland Hills, then I started tutoring French I-II-III-AP-SAT and Conversational French in the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, and Malibu area. I am familiar with Viewpoint, Oaks Christian, Chaminade, Calabasas High, Malibu High, Crespi, Campbell Hall, Marlborough programs to name a few. I am also familiar with online programs such as Apex and Laurel Springs. I have developed a Children's learning French program and a Conversational program for adults. My lessons are fun but structured and I have different affordable pricing for group lessons or private lessons. I have a University Diploma, CBEST, CSET, TOEFL, 12 ECE UNIT.

Everyone Learns Differently. If you are an adult, I will focus on Conversational French so that you can travel and use the language, while adding some grammar. If you are a High School or a College Student, I will concentrate on your homework, make sure you understand the material, and prepare you for your quizzes and finals. If you are a child, I will focus on vocabulary cards, songs, and card games while introducing French 1 reading for children.
