About Dhrishita
There was a time I felt small in my own skin. I doubted myself, I felt insecure, I lost motivation again and again. There were days I couldn’t even look in the mirror without picking myself apart. But one day, I decided to shift. Not for anyone else. For me. I started training — slowly, inconsistently at first — but I kept showing up. And what began as a physical journey turned into something much deeper. Fitness became my outlet. Lifting made me feel powerful. Movement gave me clarity. Discipline gave me peace. And over time, I became a version of myself I never thought I could reach — confident, strong, focused, and fiercely in love with my own growth. That’s why I teach now. Because I know what it feels like to start from doubt and rise into power. If you’re struggling — I see you. If you’re stuck — I’ve been there.
