About Sarath
I am a Karate instructor with 16 years of experience in the traditional Shito-Ryu style. As a national-level champion, I have not only competed at a high standard but also built a deep passion for teaching. I have five years of coaching experience, guiding both children and adults with a focus on both traditional and sports Karate. My classes integrate fitness, athleticism, and discipline, ensuring every student not only learns effective techniques but also builds confidence and a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of Karate enthusiasts!

Join my online karate classes and train under a National-Level Karate Champion with 16 years of experience and over 5 years of teaching experience. I teach both children and adults, from complete beginners to advanced students. My classes combine traditional Shito-Ryu Karate with modern sports karate, focusing on self-defense, discipline, confidence, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and competition preparation. Every lesson is personalized according to the student’s age, goals, and skill level. I create a friendly, motivating, and disciplined learning environment where students progress at their own pace while building strong character and lifelong martial arts skills.
