About Anastasia

I was born and raised in Jordan and began tutoring as a volunteer when I was in school in 2017. I work mostly with children and younger teens, but have experience in tutoring for A-levels as well. I can teach both Fusha Arabic as well as the Jordanian dialect (which can translate to an understanding of other Levantine dialects).

I continue to teach Arabic because I am passionate about the language and believe that with enough hard work and time, its beauty and richness can become accessible to anyone!

About the lesson

For those at a more basic level, I begin by teaching the alphabet so we can start to develop reading skills. From there, for both basic and intermediate-level students, I craft a flexible teaching plan based on what the student wants to focus on, whether that's reading, writing, speaking, etc.

My goal is to create a relaxed environment in each class so that the student not only learns as much as possible but also enjoys the material and feels comfortable asking questions and conversing openly.
