About Firas

Hello ... My name is Firas, and I am a professional Arabic tutor with over 13 years of extensive experience teaching the Arabic language to both native speakers and non-native learners from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

My Educational Background:
• Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature – Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Damascus University.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Qualification – Faculty of Education, Damascus University.
• Specialised Training: Completed three specialised professional courses in training and qualifying Arabic teachers for non-native speakers.

My Teaching Experience:
Over the past 13 years, I have successfully taught at several prominent educational institutions, including:
• Shafaq Academy for Languages and Development, Istanbul (2020 – 2024)
• Ihsan Nakipoğlu Turkish High School, Istanbul (2016 – 2020)
• Yemeni International School, Istanbul (2016 – 2018)
• In addition to working with numerous other prestigious schools and educational centres over the past 13 years.

I hold a deep passion for sharing the beauty of the Arabic language, combining academic excellence with a friendly, supportive approach.
