I am a native Bengali speaker from West Bengal with a strong academic background and a genuine love for the Bengali language and culture.

Bengali is more than just a language to me — it is the language of our stories, emotions, music, literature and everyday conversations. I would love to help others discover it in a simple, friendly and enjoyable way.

I am patient and supportive, especially with complete beginners. I understand that learning a new language can initially feel difficult, so I explain concepts step by step and adapt my lessons according to each student's pace and goals.

Whether you want to speak Bengali with your partner or family, communicate while traveling, connect with Bengali culture, or learn reading and writing from the beginning, I would be happy to guide you.

My aim is not just to teach you Bengali — I want to help you become comfortable and confident enough to actually use it in real conversations.

About the lesson

নমস্কার! Want to speak Bengali naturally instead of just memorizing grammar rules?

My classes are designed around real-life Bengali conversations. From the very first lessons, we will practice situations you can actually use — introducing yourself, talking with friends and family, ordering food, traveling, shopping, expressing emotions, and having everyday conversations.

My teaching style is interactive and personalized. I use short conversations, storytelling, role-play, picture-based exercises, pronunciation practice, Bengali songs and cultural examples to make learning enjoyable and memorable.

My special technique: Learn → Speak → Correct → Repeat.
I introduce a small concept, we immediately use it in conversation, I gently correct pronunciation or grammar, and then we practice it again naturally. This helps you think and respond in Bengali, rather than constantly translating in your head.

Depending on your goal, we can focus on spoken Bengali, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading the Bengali alphabet, writing, or grammar. Complete beginners are absolutely welcome.

Most importantly, this is a comfortable, judgment-free class where mistakes are part of learning. My goal is simple: after every lesson, you should be able to say something in Bengali that you couldn't say before.
