About Mia
With over 20 years of experience teaching Chinese to international students, I have helped learners from more than 20 countries achieve their language goals—whether for study, work, exams, or daily life. I hold a Higher Education Teaching License issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education and an IPA International Chinese Teaching Certificate, ensuring my teaching methods meet both national and international standards. My classes are structured, engaging, and adapted to each student’s level and learning style. As a native Chinese teacher with over 20 years of experience, my teaching method focuses on clarity, interaction, and cultural connection. I believe learning a language should be enjoyable and practical. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals—whether for HSK exams, travel, business, or daily communication.
A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by new vocabulary and grammar through conversation practice, listening exercises, and role-play activities. I also integrate Chinese culture to make lessons more engaging and memorable.
