About Áine

I am a fully qualified Primary Teacher with 5 years of experience teaching in Gaeltacht schools. Having been born and raised in Connemara and educated entirely through Irish, I offer my students an authentic 'blas' and native fluency that is rare to find.With a 1.1 BA in Irish and an A in the Leaving Cert, I combine academic excellence with practical, real-world usage.
My career has been dedicated to the Irish language—from working in Summer Colleges (Coláistí Samhraidh) to preparing adult students for the OCG/SCG exams and Professional Master of Education (PME) interviews."

About the lesson

I provide high-impact, professional grinds tailored to the specific needs of the student. Whether it’s building basic confidence or aiming for a high grade my lessons focus on natural communication and exam strategy.

I specialise in
Junior certificate- CBA preparation, oral fluency, exam prep across all areas aswell as providing notes and sample answers.

Adult Learners: Comprehensive prep for SCG/OCG exams and PME Irish interviews and TEG

Primary Level: Support across all subject areas through Irish.

Rates
Individual 1-on-1: €50 per hour.
Paired Lessons: €35 per student (Bring a friend/classmate! Excellent for oral practice and cost-sharing).

Perfect! My daughter is very comfortable with Aine and really likes her approach to learnings d study. She’s reliable and answers any questions very promptly, my daughter is boarding so at the start of the couple of first sessions we had technical issues and she was very patient with us getting set up! Really recommend Aine!
