About Emily
I’m a CELTA qualified English teacher based in London. I was trained at International House London. I’m a native English speaker with a british accent. I’m a patient and dedicated language teacher that is passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals. I’ve been tutoring for 5 years and have experience teaching abroad at a Callan method private English school in Brazil.

On the first lesson I will talk with you to see what are your goals for learning English and evaluate your level.
Lessons plans are adapted to what the student is needing but still focusing on all four speaking, reading, writing and listening skills. Each lesson will focus on two skills and I bring interesting topics and articles to be discussed in class to stimulate the learning process. Students can hand me essays that I’d be happy to read through, ask questions and clear the doubts they have about a topic.
