About Emilie

Hi, I’m Émilie, a native French speaker and veterinary medicine student.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Health Technologies and have nearly 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in training and education.

Over the years, I have learned how important it is to adapt explanations to the person in front of you. Everyone learns differently, and I enjoy finding the right way to make things clearer, whether through examples, reformulation, structure, or step-by-step practice.

I am patient, organized, and supportive, and I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help you progress at your own pace, build confidence, and become more independent in your use of French.

Whether you are learning French for school, work, travel, conversation, or personal interest, I will adapt the lessons to your level and objectives in a professional and encouraging environment.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around one simple idea: learning French should be clear, practical, and adapted to the way each student learns best.

I use a personalized approach depending on your level, goals, and difficulties. Some students need more structure and grammar, while others need conversation practice, pronunciation, vocabulary, or more confidence when speaking. I adapt the lesson accordingly and use clear explanations, practical examples, guided exercises, and active practice.

A typical lesson starts with a short review and a clear objective for the session. We then work on the target skill through explanation, examples, and practice, before moving toward more independent use of French. I also like to end with a short recap so that you leave the lesson knowing exactly what you understood and what to work on next.

During the first lesson, we discuss your goals and current level so I can identify your strengths and the areas that need more work. From there, I can build a learning plan that fits your needs.

What sets me apart is my ability to make complex ideas easier to understand. I am a native French speaker, a veterinary medicine student, and I also hold a Master’s degree in Health Technologies. I have nearly 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in training, which taught me how to explain clearly, structure information, and adapt to different learners.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, students, and adults who want to improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation skills, reading, writing, or overall confidence in French.
