About the lesson

Authentic Pronunciation and Accent: providing a perfect language model for pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm. This is crucial for the speaking and listening components of the GCSE exam, helping students refine their accent and understand natural, everyday spoken French. Enhanced Listening Comprehension: By engaging in regular dialogue with me, students will be exposed to varied speaking styles and real-life conversation speeds, training their ears to understand the language as it is genuinely spoken. Rich Cultural Immersion: As a native speaker, I am uniquely placed to offer insights into French customs, traditions, and contemporary culture, which helps students develop cultural awareness – a key part of the modern GCSE curriculum – and makes the learning experience more engaging and relevant. Natural Fluency and Up-to-Date Language: the use of the language will be natural and current. I can introduce modern vocabulary and idiomatic expressions, enabling students to communicate more naturally and fluently in real-life situations.
