About Marie
Hello everyone! I am Marie Ayivi and I am a Native French speaker that has lived both in France and Canada. I have an excellent understanding of cultural influences on the French language that is spoken in France and Canada, this is my specialty. I am very excited to share my passion for French with my future students. I look forward to creating friendly and professional relationships with my students throughout their lesson plan. These lessons are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced students that are desiring to learn French in an inclusive environment with a patient and resourceful teacher. A typical lesson plan will include a specific theme for the day, a vocabulary list for the day and tons of practice. Each of my lessons is tailored to the goals of my students (which will be discussed in our first class). A particularity that only my classes could offer is the cultural influence, I can teach Canadian French and France French while including some lingo, accents, and tonalities of the specific French my students desire to learn. I look forward to meeting all my students!
