About Elise
Hey there! I’m Elise I’m originally from Belgium, where French is my first language and I spent years learning Dutch at school. I started traveling when I was pretty young, and that’s how I picked up English, now I use it all the time for work and everyday life. These days, I’m living in Latin America and slowly but surely learning Spanish too! I’ve always been obsessed with languages and different cultures. Teaching French is honestly one of my favorite things. I love sharing my language, having fun conversations, and seeing people get excited about learning. Can’t wait to meet you and help you on your French journey!

If you’re looking to learn French in a natural, relaxed, and real-life way, you’re in the right place! With me, there’s no pressure or judgment. The goal is to speak, make mistakes, laugh, and grow together. I’m really good at taking first-time learnings and turning them into real conversational skills, so you can start speaking French right away. My classes are structured to build strong foundations, but we keep things fun with music, real-life expressions, and spontaneous conversations, the way French is actually spoken! :) Lesson Plan First 5 minutes: Casual check-in conversation to practice speaking. Main activity (15-20 minutes): Focus on a topic or skill (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or conversation). Final: Quick recap, fun exercises, and “mise en pratique” (applying what we learned), plus homework for next time. I’m here to guide you at your own pace in a friendly and supportive space. Let’s have fun while learning French!
