About Anastasia

Hi! I'm a university student and native French speaker from Quebec City, currently living in Montreal. I'm also fluent in English, so I can explain French concepts in either language!

I have five years of experience tutoring French to secondary school and CEGEP students. Over the years, I've helped students improve their language skills, overcome academic challenges, and build confidence in their abilities.

As a tutor, I'm patient, approachable, and dedicated to helping each student succeed. I understand that learning a language can sometimes feel challenging, so I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

Whether you're learning French for school, work, or personal interest, I'd be happy to help you reach your goals. I look forward to meeting you!

About the lesson

As a native French speaker with five years of tutoring experience, I believe that learning a language should be engaging, encouraging, and adapted to each student's individual needs and goals.

My teaching approach is personalized and interactive. Whether you want to improve your grammar, expand your vocabulary, develop your writing skills, practice speaking French, or prepare for an exam, I tailor my lessons to your learning style and objectives.

During our first lesson, we will discuss your goals, assess your current level, and identify the areas you would like to improve. From there, I create lessons that combine clear explanations, practical exercises, and opportunities to apply what you have learned. I also encourage questions and make sure students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.

Having tutored French to secondary school and CEGEP students for five years, I understand that everyone learns differently. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades or language skills, but also to build their confidence and independence.

My lessons are open to students of all levels, from complete beginners to more advanced learners, whether you need academic support or simply want to become more comfortable communicating in French!
