About Pauline

I am a native French PhD in Geochemistry recently arrived near Oxford to follow my husband. I was born near Paris and as a native French speaker, I help students develop natural pronunciation and real confidence when speaking French.

In order to teach efficiently, each lesson is tailored to the student’s level, goals and learning style to ensure steady and enjoyable progress.

Being a very patient and welcoming person, I will create a sane and peaceful working environment to let the student feel at his/her ease. As I said previously, my goal is to help students feel confident speaking French in real-life situations.

Hello! I am a native French speaker recently settled in Oxford and passionate about sharing my language and culture.

I offer personalised French lessons for all levels. Whether you are a beginner, a student preparing for exams (GCSE, A-Level), or an adult who would like to improve your conversation skills, I adapt each lesson to your needs and goals.

My teaching style is supportive and interactive. I focus on building confidence, improving pronunciation, and helping you speak French naturally while also strengthening grammar and vocabulary.

I can help with:

• exam preparation (GCSE / A-Level)
• grammar and writing
• pronunciation
• discovering French culture

Lessons can take place in Oxford, at a quiet café, at the student’s home, or online.

My goal is to help you progress quickly while enjoying the process of learning French!

Bonjour ! Je suis française et récemment installée à Oxford. Passionnée par la langue et la culture françaises, je propose des cours de français adaptés à tous les niveaux.

Que vous soyez débutant, étudiant préparant un examen (GCSE, A-Level), ou adulte souhaitant améliorer votre conversation, je m’adapte à vos objectifs et à votre rythme.

Mes cours sont structurés mais détendus : je privilégie la communication, la confiance et le plaisir d’apprendre. Nous travaillerons la prononciation, la grammaire et surtout la capacité à parler naturellement.
