About Pablo

Hi everyone, my name is Pablo, I am a Digital Business Administration Graduate, passionate traveler and fan of electronic music. I am originally from Spain but grew up in Munich in the south of Germany. Due to my bilingual background, I very well know the German and Spanish Language. The reason that I’m a proficient English speaker results in living quite some time in the state of California in the US. I grew up in a bilingual household, where I learned Spanish and German from an early age. These are my native languages. Later, I learned English and am now at an advanced level in this language too. I've enjoyed tutoring in several subjects at school and teaching courses at university, as well as helping students pass their exams. Through numerous international experiences such as studying in Stuttgart, visiting a language school in San Diego, California to accomplish the TOEFL Exam or a semester abroad in Seville, I have acquired solid language skills in the above-mentioned languages.

About the lesson

German is often presented as a very challenging language, but over the years I have learned that if a student puts their mind to it, learning the language can be a very enjoyable and satisfying experience, especially when taught by a native speaker. My philosophy of teaching is as follows: I sincerely believe in --> the power of a very positive mindset --> structured goal setting and --> patience when teaching a language. Rather than focusing on grammar I focus on communication simply because I believe that no one has ever mastered a language by just simply focusing on conjugation or grammar. I offer classes for beginners, where I focus more on the basics of the language, but I also offer classes for more advanced speakers, where we will focus more on e.g. conversation skills...

Pablo is an excellent German teacher.
When I started with him my German skills were very limited, but after only 2 weeks I could feel a signficant improvement. It helps a lot that Pablo speaks Spanish and German fluently and that he has a very calm way of teaching things. He often explained words, grammar or rules to me several times until I understood them.
I can only recommend Pablo as a German teacher to anyone, who wants to make language progress!
