About Diana

Hello! I'm a native Italian Language Instructor specialized in teaching Italian as a Foreign Language (L2).

I am a trained educator with academic qualifications in Pedagogy and Classical Piano Performance. I hold a Master's degree in Classical Piano Performance and I am currently completing my second Master's degree in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language.

Over the years, I have taught both individual learners and groups in a variety of educational settings, including university-level adult education programmes, language courses, and private coaching.

Among my students are professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, executives, university students, and adults learning Italian for personal, academic, or professional reasons.

I understand that many of my students have demanding schedules and ambitious goals. For this reason, I carefully plan each lesson in advance, with clear objectives, structured progression, and attention to detail, ensuring that every session contributes meaningfully to long-term results.

My lessons are tailored to students who value quality, efficiency, and a personalized approach to language learning.

My teaching approach is communicative, structured, and student-centered. I encourage students to actively use Italian from the very beginning while building confidence in a supportive and motivating environment.

Students appreciate my professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.

In addition to language teaching, I also have a background in music and piano instruction, which enables me to support musicians, singers, and opera enthusiasts interested in improving their Italian language skills and pronunciation.

My goal is to help you build real confidence in Italian while creating a learning experience that is both structured and motivating.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully personalized and designed around your goals, learning style, interests, and schedule.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced learner, I will create a structured learning plan tailored to your needs.

• Grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

• Italian citizenship exam preparation
• Italian driving theory exam preparation
• Italian for relocation and life in Italy

• Italian for musicians, singers, and opera enthusiasts
• Teaching children and young learners

I offer both one-to-one lessons and group lessons.

The price includes lesson preparation, teaching materials, lesson notes, homework (if desired), and personalized feedback.

For children, lessons are adapted to their age, interests, and learning style in order to create an engaging and motivating learning environment.

I work with students from different countries and time zones and strive to offer flexible scheduling whenever possible.

From June to early August 2027, I will be available for a limited number of Italian Language Immersion Experiences in Italy.

These programmes combine private Italian lessons with authentic cultural experiences, allowing students to develop their language skills naturally while exploring Italy.

Lessons may be scheduled in the morning, afternoon, or integrated throughout the day according to the student's goals and travel plans.

As a native Sardinian, I can also support students interested in discovering Sardinia through local culture, cuisine, traditions, and everyday life. Depending on individual preferences, it may be possible to combine language instruction with cultural visits, meals, excursions, and other activities.

All arrangements are tailored individually and discussed in advance.

Privacy, discretion, and professionalism are of the utmost importance. All personal information, travel plans, and learning objectives are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
