About Kaho
Hi! I'm Kaho, a native Japanese speaker from Kobe, Japan. I graduated from a university of education and taught around 20 students in Brisbane, Australia, both in person and online, over the past two years.
I recently moved back to Japan from Brisbane. I already miss teaching my wonderful students there and the fun conversations we shared. I'm excited to meet new students from around the world and help them enjoy learning Japanese in a friendly and relaxed environment. My lessons are friendly, interactive, and tailored to your goals.
We usually start by chatting in Japanese about your weekend, hobbies, or recent experiences while reviewing grammar from previous lessons.
Then we learn new grammar using the **Genki** textbook, and practice it through conversation and real-life situations. I explain grammar in English, so beginners can feel comfortable asking questions.
Whether you're learning for travel, JLPT (up to N3), or just for fun, I'd love to help you enjoy your Japanese learning journey!
