About Claude
My name is Claude Puntel-Sessions, a native French speaker born and raised in the south of France. I have over 20 years of experience teaching French language and culture in both the United States and internationally. I currently teach French at the high school level in Florida and previously served as a French instructor at Oregon State University, where I taught French levels 1–4, advanced conversation, and translation.
I hold a Master’s degree in International and Cross-Cultural Negotiation from Aix-Marseille University and am certified as a French-English translator and world language educator. My background also includes extensive work in cross-cultural training, diplomacy, and program development for universities, organizations, and diverse learners.
I am passionate about creating engaging, meaningful French learning experiences and helping students succeed academically, professionally, and culturally.
