About Tony

Hi! I’m Tony, currently studying Speech Pathology with a background in Linguistics. I’ve always enjoyed sharing languages and helping others communicate more confidently. Teaching Chinese gives me the chance to combine my love for language with my goal of supporting people from different cultural backgrounds to connect and understand each other better.

About the lesson

My lessons are individualised — I prepare materials and activities tailored to your learning goals, level, and feedback.

Each session is 1 hour long and designed to be interactive, engaging, and practical.

I’m fluent in English and have a background in linguistics, which helps me clearly explain Chinese grammar, pronunciation, and language patterns in both English and Mandarin.

I teach all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners.

Lessons can focus on daily communication, academic learning, or Chinese traditional culture and characteristics, depending on your interests.

My goal is to help you build confidence, enjoy learning, and use Mandarin naturally in real-life situations.
